The rules these tests follow

No email, no account, no storage. Scoring happens in your browser and nothing you answer is transmitted. A test that holds your result hostage for an address is an email-capture form wearing a lab coat.
The instrument is named.Every test says which published work it is adapted from, and links it. If we shortened something, we say we shortened it rather than borrowing the original’s credibility.
You get the score, not just the label. Categories come from cutting continuous scales somewhere, and near the cut the label is close to arbitrary. Showing the number is the only honest way to hand one over.
Nothing here is a diagnosis. These are educational tools. If a pattern is causing you real distress, a qualified professional is the right next step, and the test will tell you so.
